When you find a scratch on the car, it is time to take a look at some of the steps that you can take to remove the scratch. No one wants a large scratch in place that makes the car look bad. Some of the steps that you can use to remove scratches from the ceramic coating of your car include:

Micron Deep Massage

You will find that a nano-ceramic coating that is properly maintained will help provide a shine that looks like polished glass. If you find that the scratch looks serious, you may need to do a fine polish to get it done. This is often known as an essence polish, and the procedure is going to requires mildly massaging the area that is damaged with a foam finger to detail the car, giving you a chance to amend the surface blemish as much as possible.

Keep in mind that you need to do this carefully. If you do this too harshly, it can cause some damage to the paint. Once the massaging is done, you can decontaminate the area using an IPA spray and a good microfiber cloth. Then, re-coat the area with some of your nano-ceramic coatings and allow the coating to cure for the right amount of time.

Fill It Up and Pray

While you may find that a nano-ceramic coating is not necessary each time, it can work on some of the scratches that are in your car. Finding a nice nano-ceramic coating will work, such as Armor Shield IX ceramic coating. This method will only work, though, if the scratch is fairly superficial and ultra-thin. If you have a really big scratch that is deep, then this method is not going to work for you.

Keep in mind when you use this method that a little bit of the coating will go a long way. The scratch with this ceramic is going to be repaired with some coating that is like a bandage. Make sure that you clean and then decontaminate the area you want to work on before you add the ceramic coating. Add just a dash, and you should be good to go.

Boost and Blemish

You can also choose to work with a boosting spray to help get rid of the scratch that is on your car. If the scratch is considered a mild one, you will find that a quick touch-up is going to be enough. You can use a good boost spray, and a quality microfiber applicator pad or towel will be enough. You want to do a bit of buffing on the area ahead of time to help clean up some of the surface blemishes that show up.

When that is all done, you want to make sure that you finish with an IPA decontamination and a good wipe-down to make sure that all of the dust is gone from the area as well. A little bit of time with the boosting spray will be enough to remove it all.
